Why do I teach?  As the assistant principal here at Louisville Academy, I aspire to mentor and support teachers so they may support and empower our students. I desire to assist teachers to follow best practices that positively impact students’ learning outcome. I will work alongside teachers to uphold the students to discover their individuality and to build their confidence by learning to think for themselves. And to provide my educational and teaching experiences to develop teacher leaders to ensure our students are given the opportunity to learn and grow at their highest potential.
