    Congratulations to Carson Cooper who was named Jefferson County High School and Jefferson County 2020-21 STAR Student recently at a luncheon hosted by the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. Carson named Grant Davis, band director at Jefferson County High School, his STAR Teacher.
